Most HR teams use more than one system. An HRIS for employee data, complemented by tools for payroll, learning, recruitment and employee engagement.
It’s a good and necessary setup. Bad part: someone has to keep them all in sync, and that someone is usually you.
That's why we’ve built a direct integration between Winningtemp and Hailey HR. Add someone in Hailey, they show up in Winningtemp. Offboard them, they're removed. Automatically.
The integration runs on a three-hour cycle. Every three hours, Winningtemp checks Hailey for changes to the employee list and updates itself to match.
When someone is added in Hailey, they're created in Winningtemp within that window, with no action required from HR. And when someone is offboarded in Hailey, they're removed from Winningtemp the same way. There's no separate checklist to remember, and no step where someone has to update both systems by hand.
The sync covers the basics needed to keep your employee list accurate:
That's what Winningtemp needs to determine who receives pulse check-ins, onboarding surveys, and engagement surveys. And, just as important, who doesn't.
An engagement survey only works if it reaches the right people. When new hires haven't been added yet, they miss the onboarding check-ins meant to help them settle in. When former employees are still on the list, they keep showing up in response rates, quietly pulling down participation numbers that HR then has to explain.
Neither problem is dramatic on its own. Together, over a year, they add up to a list that's never quite accurate and survey data that's never quite trustworthy.
“HR teams already carry too many manual processes,” says Tobias Wollter, Product Manager at Winningtemp. “This integration means one less list to maintain by hand, and one less place where a missed update quietly throws off your engagement data.”
For teams already running Hailey, that's real time back. For HR functions of any size, it's one less thing that can quietly go wrong.
The integration is set up on the Winningtemp side, and requires system administrator access to activate. Once it's live, updates happen in the background — nothing for your team to remember to do.
“We built this the way we'd want it to work for our own team,” Wollter adds. “Set it up once, and forget about it.”
